Ginataang Bilo-bilo is a Filipino delicacy and one of my comfort foods.
This creamy favorite consists of sweet potatoes, purple yam, saba (a Philippine banana variety mainly eaten cooked), sweet, ripe strips of jackfruit. Bilo-bilo are the chewy balls handmade from glutinous rice flour. Tiny sago or gelatinous balls can be added. Coconut cream blends them all up into one bowl of delight.
